What qualifies you to represent the people of Hawaii?

As a Hawaiian born citizen, first generation American, I am a proven servant-leader with leadership we can trust, follow and support. I bring a unique blend of team building, culture bridging, and cooperative commonality that will reach out to all sides of the aisle, from each level, Federal, State, City and County.

What are the top three challenges facing the voters you seek to represent?

1. High Cost of Living
2. Low Quality of Life
3. Losing our Legacy
Therefore I will put Hawaii First and:

. . . Reduce the Cost of Living in Hawaii - Modernize or eliminate the Maritime Act of 1920 (Jones Act) and get rid of regulations that add huge costs for food, products, services, housing, and other basics – for all Hawaiians. Eliminate redundant regulations that stifle growth for small businesses. I will vote to oppose higher federal taxes. The bureaucrats in Washington, DC will never stop the spending. Enough is enough!

… Improve the Quality of Life – I will support innovative, free-market, and caring strategies to address the affordable housing crisis for the homeless in Hawaii. I will work also to Modernizing Medicare Advantage and encourage free-market solutions that maximize choice and minimize costs for all.

… Preserving our Legacy - I will work to protect Hawaii’s priceless environment, beaches, and natural area with innovative technologies. I will forge partnerships with University of Hawaii Professors of Environmental Engineers to propose Geotex Tubing solutions to recover our eroding beaches naturally, Plasma Arc Recycling to reduce and eventually eliminate our landfills.

If elected, what will be your highest legislative priority?

I will immediately begin working on drafting the amendment to the Maritime Act of 1920 along with my senate colleagues from the coasts and great lakes states. Together we will produce comprehensive, innovative and relevant solutions that will benefit our individual states with lower costs of goods, competition, and creativity.

If elected, what can you do to improve the lives of your constituents?

I will bring tangible results in an immediate reduction in costs of goods and an increase in jobs for the shipyards, truckers, warehousing, etc… This will set our economy on a long term journey towards prosperity.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am a husband, father, US Army Veteran, coach and Christian Conservative who has demonstrated energetic leadership, clarity of vision, and a passion for service, from the military through civilian life.
